Yet, marketplace hurdles and regulatory obstacles loom large. This program will address what it will take to jumpstart regional and national momentum toward a new energy future; how Massachusetts and New England are poised to compete; the local corporate and university research base in alternative energy technologies; and opportunities for strategic alliances to translate technological breakthroughs into commercially viable products, capitalized companies and job creation.
