Recovery Act
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), also called the "Stimulus
Law," was signed into law on February 17th by President Obama.
The investment of stimulus funds could lay the foundation for a new economy. Significant
funds for science, technology, university research support and a special focus on
healthcare IT present an opportunity for Massachusetts. It is critical to compete
for a substantial share of these funds and invest them well.
