Case Statement and Core Technology Audit - A discussion of Massachusetts’ position in research and technology development and recommendations for actions to sustain Massachusetts’ technology competitiveness. Report findings and recommendations based on interviews with more than 75 university and teaching hospital officials, university faculty and industry executives, as well as extensive data mining of patent, publication and federal grant activity.
The study was conducted by Mass Insight Corporation in collaboration with Battelle Memorial Institute’s Technology Partnership Practice.
