ACSC Work Groups
We currently have three key Work Groups:
* Threat Evaluation/Information Sharing. We have initiated a bi-weekly “Cyber Tuesday” program for front-line staff and bi-monthly Technical Exchange Meetings for both senior and front-line staff. A secure, members-only Web Portal has been established for sharing real-time threat and response information.
* University-Industry Partnerships. Ten New England universities are now involved in the ACSC, with faculty experts listed in our resource guide. We have engaged a consultant to develop an R&D plan to launch in 2012, and financial services members have committed initial funding for university research projects.
* Policy/Legal. With the support of Foley Hoag, we have developed the Participation Agreement to share sensitive cyber information while maintaining confidentiality. We are reviewing existing and proposed federal policy and will keep the New England Congressional delegation informed of our progress.
