Leadership Group
The Boston Financial Services Leadership Council brings together executives from the Boston financial services community with academic partners to advocate for the sector in Massachusetts, to shape relevant state and national policy, and to establish regional and global partnerships to support Boston’s role as a global finance center.

U.S. Retirement Policy Inititative
Position Boston as a thought leader on financial services national reform through developing a consensus on retirement policy in collaboration with the New England Council that will be recommended to the New England Congressional delegation.
Provide forums to raise other financial services reform issues as appropriate.
Policy Engagement with Governor and Mayor
Track and shape sector competitiveness issues in the state and the city including tax and regulatory policy
Establish formal meetings with Governor and Mayor
Gubernatorial Campaign and Transition Outreach
Provide material on the financial services sector’s economic impact and competitiveness issues to gubernatorial candidates, and offer a transition briefing post-election
